1. Agreement

By creating or using a PrivateAccess account, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and any service-specific notices presented during registration or checkout.

2. The service

The Early Release service provides a paid email account, 1 GB of mailbox storage and related account controls. Active Early Release accounts will be upgraded automatically to 20 GB of total mailbox storage at full public release, at no additional charge. Each account includes matching addresses on @privateaccess.space and @p-a.me, both connected to one mailbox.

3. Eligibility and registration

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, maintain a valid recovery address and be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for choosing a lawful username and protecting your passwords and devices.

4. Early Release subscription and payment

The first 50 paid and activated Early Release accounts pay USD $29.99 at activation for 24 months of service: the first year is paid and the second year is complimentary. Normal USD $29.99 annual renewal begins after that 24-month term unless cancelled. Payments and renewals are processed through Stripe. Tax is not currently collected because no active tax registration has been configured.

5. Renewal, cancellation and refunds

An Early Release cancellation stops the next paid renewal and does not normally end access before the 24-month promotional term expires. Early Release purchases are final and are not eligible for a voluntary refund. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. After the promotional term, subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Spam, fraud, malware, harassment, impersonation, unlawful content and attempts to compromise other systems are prohibited.

7. Your content

You retain responsibility for messages, attachments, contacts and other content stored or transmitted through your account. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content.

8. Service availability

PrivateAccess will take reasonable steps to operate and protect the service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages and legal requirements may affect access.

9. Suspension and termination

Accounts may be restricted or suspended for unpaid charges, security risk, abuse, legal requirements or material violation of these Terms. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to remedy will be provided.

10. Intellectual property

The PrivateAccess name, software, visual identity and documentation belong to their respective owner or licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its software.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, PrivateAccess is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and total service-related liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.

13. Changes and contact

Material changes will be communicated through the website, account or recovery address. Questions may be directed to legal@privateaccess.space. The operator is BQMP, 330 Avro, Pointe-Claire, QC, H9R 5W5 CANADA.
