1. No unsolicited bulk mail

You may not send spam, purchased-list campaigns, deceptive promotions or bulk messages to recipients who did not provide appropriate permission.

2. No fraud or impersonation

Phishing, credential theft, payment fraud, identity deception, forged headers and misleading sender identities are prohibited.

3. No harmful content or systems abuse

You may not distribute malware, exploit code intended for harm, denial-of-service traffic or content that facilitates unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

4. No unlawful or abusive conduct

The service may not be used for unlawful activity, threats, harassment, exploitation, non-consensual intimate material or content that violates the rights of others.

5. Respect service limits

You may not evade sending limits, automate account creation, resell accounts without permission, interfere with monitoring or use the service in a way that harms deliverability for other customers.

6. Enforcement

PrivateAccess may limit sending, quarantine content, suspend access or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service or comply with law.

7. Reporting

Suspected abuse may be reported to abuse@privateaccess.space. Reports should include relevant addresses, dates, message headers and a clear description.
